Service Technician (m/f/d) - Remote

Overview

As a Service Technician, you will work independently, applying your technical skills while taking responsibility in direct customer contact. This position is with a well-established company in Austria that provides technological services related to energy and measurement technology.

In Short

• Installation, repair, and replacement of measuring devices at the customer's site.
• Independent work at construction sites and residences, primarily using a tablet and laptop.
• Technical inspections of residential complexes and clarification of details on-site.
• Close coordination with dispatch and internal interfaces for smooth processes.

Requirements

• Completed training as a Gas-Water-Heating Installer with practical experience.
• Experience in customer service and a strong service orientation.
• Driver's license B and willingness for field service.
• IT affinity for tablet, smartphone, and Microsoft Office.
• Independent, responsible work style and good German language skills.
• Experience in measuring technology, e.g., at Ista or Thermomatic.
• Knowledge in the assembly and reading of measuring devices.
