Deputy BSA/AML Audit Lead - Remote

Overview

The Member of Internal Audit, Deputy BSA/AML Lead will assist the AML Audit Lead in executing high quality BSA/AML and OFAC compliance program audits that meet the regulators’ expectations for the regulated entities of Anchorage Digital.

• Assist the AML Audit Lead in managing the AML audit.
• Perform walkthroughs of business processes with stakeholders.
• Evaluate design of business controls.
• Test for control effectiveness.
• Document audit work performed.
• Draft audit findings and management action plans.
• Collaborate across Internal Audit and adjacent teams.
• Define and prepare reporting metrics for senior stakeholders.
• Communicate audit findings to stakeholders.
• Coach junior team members and review their workpapers.

Requirements

• Strong experience in BSA/AML/OFAC internal audits.
• Knowledge of BSA/AML/OFAC compliance testing.
• Ability to articulate audit findings effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
