• Set strategy and oversee implementation for Salesforce Health Cloud.
• Drive transformation to a product-led framework.

Requirements

• Doctorate or Master’s degree with relevant experience in Information Systems.
• Experience in leading technical teams in enterprise-class CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and related technologies.
• SAFe Certification and Lean-Agile Leadership experience preferred.
• Proven track record of developing custom applications on Salesforce.
• Ability to operate with ambiguity and drive outcomes.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict management skills.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Platform.
• High learning agility and sense of ownership.
