Graphic Designer - Remote

Overview

PaintCare seeks a creative and detail-oriented graphic designer to produce high quality visual content that promotes our paint recycling program. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, proficiency in design software, and the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs. The role is part of PaintCare’s communications team and reports to the vice president of communications.

In Short

• Create visually compelling graphics for digital and print media.
• Collaborate with the communications team on design concepts.
• Prepare and present design proposals to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends to improve design quality.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Maintain digital asset management system and archives.
• Produce creative briefs and project descriptions.
• Prepare files for print and digital distribution.
• Work in a hybrid environment, both onsite and remotely.
• Occasional travel throughout the U.S. is required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent understanding of design principles and typography.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks.
• Some experience with motion graphics and video editing software.
• Experience in branding and identity design.
• Ability to convert designs into HTML5.
