Overview

AACOM is seeking a full-time, experienced Project Manager who has the passion and skill to lead and coordinate a dynamic taskforce dedicated to advancing Osteopathic medical education.

In Short

• Plan, coordinate, and evaluate task force programs, events, and workgroups.
• Facilitate communication with leadership, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Manage budgets, archives, and program-related materials.
• Organize and support meetings, including content creation and logistics.
• Conduct research, surveys, and basic data analysis.
• Develop reports, presentations, and content for internal and external audiences.
• Collaborate with marketing to share task force news through web content, newsletters, and webinars.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least two years of experience in project management.
• Proven research capabilities.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Tableau.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Passion for higher education and/or medical education.
