Genomic Science Liaison I, HCT - Remote

Overview

The GSL I role is responsible for ongoing client education and engagement regarding our clinical offerings, strategic initiatives, and the technology used at Ambry.

In Short

• Engage clients in clinical and technical conversations.
• Work closely with account managers and sales managers.
• Deliver presentations on genetic testing solutions.
• Identify and engage with local key opinion leaders.
• Field client inquiries and provide support.
• Travel approximately 50% of the time to meet clients.
• Participate in local and national tradeshows.
• Recognize areas for improvement based on client feedback.
• Must have a Master’s degree or higher in a related field.
• At least 2 years’ experience in a genetic testing laboratory or clinic.

• Strong understanding of clinical genetic testing.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Desire to educate community providers.
• Strong public speaking skills.
• Basic knowledge of lab techniques.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Board certification in genetic counseling preferred.
