Cost Engineer - Interior Seat Complete Assembly - Remote

We are looking for a Cost Engineer for our Mexican team to support Global Cost Engineering teams.

In Short

• Provide support for Global Cost Engineering teams.
• Develop technical variable and tooling costs using activity-based costing methodologies.
• Analyze supplier quotes and negotiate costs.
• Interact with Design to Cost initiatives and benchmarking.
• Support projects from early development phases to serial life.
• Propose economic savings during vehicle milestones.
• Utilize Stellantis Methodology for cost analysis.
• Document and present cost analysis results to vehicle program teams.
• Support negotiation during Component RFQ and Change Notes.
• Contribute to Portfolio Cost Opportunities database.

Requirements

• Experience in cost engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in activity-based costing methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills for supplier quote analysis.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Bill of Materials and technical specifications.
• Experience with Stellantis Methodology is a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
