Associate ROC Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Associate ROC Analyst at Stem will be responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and troubleshooting incidents related to clean energy assets, ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• BTech/BE in Electrical Engineering or related fields.
• Understanding of communication protocols like MODBUS and TCP/IP.
• Knowledge of electrical and solar power systems.
• Experience in data analysis.
• Familiarity with server operating systems and network devices.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written English skills.
