Junior SharePoint Developer - Remote

Overview

This position is for a Junior SharePoint Developer who will be responsible for daily operations, ticket management, documentation, platform support, and collaboration with Microsoft 365 Administrators.

• Manage and resolve daily SharePoint support tickets.
• Monitor platform performance and escalate issues.
• Create and maintain documentation of SharePoint infrastructure.
• Provide technical support to the SharePoint Platform Manager.
• Assist in platform migrations and configuration changes.
• Coordinate with Microsoft 365 service administrators.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
• Adhere to ITSM best practices.
• Comply with security policies and data protection regulations.
• Maintain audit trails for administrative actions.

Requirements

• Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting.
• Understanding of IT Service Management principles.
• Familiarity with GDPR and data protection regulations.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English; EU citizenship required.
