IT Procurement Specialist - Remote

In Short

• Triage incoming procurement requests and ensure all orders are placed in a timely manner
• Partner with Procurement Manager to build quote requests as needed
• Manage additional procurement queues, such as SKU requests and buy & hold orders
• Act as the liaison between internal teams and vendors for order status updates
• Monitor sourcing inbox for critical updates and update orders in the platform
• Input information into ERP system to ensure timely and accurate billing
• Support information gathering to resolve procurement related escalations
• Recognize when procurement issues need to be escalated
• Execute daily procurement workflows and suggest process improvements
• Work effectively with stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with ABM & Autopilot enrollment a plus
• Strong vendor management skills
• Prior experience managing or facilitating the resale of IT assets
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Data-driven mindset
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team
