Overview

As a Field Property Adjuster at Allstate, you will provide exceptional service to policyholders by conducting on-site inspections, investigating coverage, preparing estimates, and settling claims efficiently.

Requirements

  • Experience as an outside adjuster preferred.
  • Proficiency in Xactimate and other estimating software.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel and work independently.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Willingness to carry a 50-pound ladder.
  • Completion of training program in Wheeling, IL.
  • Obtaining necessary licenses within 60 days of hire.
