• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize designs that contribute to customer acquisition and engagement.
• Develop creative concepts for digital and print designs, including ads, social media, and broadcast materials.
• Optimize landing pages and UI/UX designs to improve conversion rates and user engagement.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without sacrificing quality.
• Focus on creating design elements that drive engagement and optimize click-through rates (CTR).
• Stay updated with design trends and tools to continuously improve design practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
