Requirements

• PhD in Business Administration, Finance, Business Analytics, or similar.
• Minimum of five years of university-level teaching experience.
• Strong professional and/or research-based expertise in Finance.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., Bloomberg).
• Evidence of peer-reviewed publications.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
• Experience in multicultural academic environments.
• Expertise in AI implementation is preferred.
• Familiarity with accreditation standards is a plus.
• Experience supervising senior thesis or capstone projects is advantageous.
