Overview

The Scriptwriter / Prompt Engineer will analyze business processes and design scripts for AI agents to automate these processes, while also developing methodologies to assess AI performance.

Experience with AI/ML projects.
Hands-on experience prompting LLMs for business use cases.

Strong analytical skills.
Python scripting skills preferred.

Requirements

Background in business process analysis and automation — ideally in fintech, telecom, or retail.
Experience working with data in AI/ML projects, with at least 2–3 successfully completed.
Extensive hands-on experience prompting LLMs (ideally several different models) for business use cases.
Experience designing conversational flows for AI agents or chatbots using specialized platforms — ideally RASA.
Strong analytical skills: ability to break down complex systems, identify key elements, and communicate them clearly and concisely.
Python scripting skills are a plus.
