Overview

As a Web Designer at Aios, you'll own how our brands look and perform online, working in a fast-paced environment to create high-converting web experiences.

In Short

• Design and ship high-quality, conversion-driven web experiences.
• Work closely with the WebDev, CRO, Growth, and Product teams.
• Build and maintain pages in Webflow and Shopify.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in web design and development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Webflow.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Strong visual instincts and understanding of user conversion.
• High attention to detail and quality standards.
• Experience with A/B testing and CRO methodologies is a plus.
• Familiarity with SEO and web performance best practices.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams.
