• Lead member care alongside a team of counselors and specialists.

• Must hold an active, unrestricted PMHNP license in Arizona.

Requirements

• Active and verifiable PMHNP license.
• At least 2 years of experience in addiction or mental health treatment.
• Experience prescribing Suboxone and active DEA registration.
• Willingness to obtain multi-state licensure.
• Empathy for members facing behavioral health challenges.
• Comfort using technology, including EHRs and mobile apps.
