Overview

AECOM is seeking a highly skilled Cisco network consultant with extensive experience in architecting Cisco routing and switching technologies to design, implement, and optimize complex network security solutions.

• Design and architect network security solutions using Cisco technologies.
• Lead deployment, configuration, and management of Cisco routing and optical transport systems.
• Collaborate with teams to assess security needs and recommend measures.
• Conduct network and security assessments with detailed reports.
• Ensure continuous monitoring and maintenance of security systems.
• Provide consulting on Cisco Identity Services engine with dual factor authentication.
• Develop and maintain documentation for network security architectures.
• Provide expert guidance on Cisco-related issues.
• Stay informed on network security developments and threats.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Computer Science or related field plus 8 years of experience.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Professional experience in network routing, switching, and security.
• Advanced certifications such as CCIE Security or CISSP are desirable.
• In-depth knowledge of Cisco Identity Services Engine and Duo Security.
• Experience in designing network security solutions for enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of network protocols and technologies.
• Expertise in security technologies such as VPNs and advanced threat protection.
• Knowledge of cloud security integration with platforms like AWS.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
