Overview

The Senior BIM Coordinator (Civils) at AECOM is responsible for managing the implementation of BIM and Information Management on civils projects. This role offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing both office and remote work opportunities.

• Execute BIM Implementation strategy on complex international projects.
• Provide CDE administration and manage project permissions.
• Lead project coordination workflows and execute clash detection.
• Coordinate smart object metadata and classification codes.
• Provide technical support on 3D modelling and data management.
• Integrate Point Clouds in federated model datasets.
• Create 4D simulations of transport and civil infrastructure projects.
• Support the production of smart object content libraries.
• Drive collaboration and consistency in BIM standards across regions.

Requirements

• Portfolio of civil and infrastructure projects as BIM Coordinator.
• Experience in multi-discipline coordination and clash detection.
• Advanced user of Autodesk Navisworks, Revizto, and ACC Model Coordination.
• Knowledge of ISO19650 framework and documentation.
• Experience in Civil 3D and Revit for resolving model issues.
• Familiarity with Dynamo for workflow optimization.
• Technical design and construction knowledge in Transport and Civil Infrastructure.
• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud and Bentley ProjectWise.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
