Mechanical Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer for our Business Line Building and Places at AECOM, a trusted infrastructure consulting firm.

In Short

• Technical and design process of the project from Preparation of Brief to Construction and Handover.
• Adhering to a well-managed design process controlled to a budget.
• Collaborate with a fully integrated design team.
• Liaise with internal and external design consultants.
• Co-ordinate technical, design, and external Client issues.
• Provide technical guidance for bids and tenders.
• Involvement with the Client during design development.
• Assist with Health & Safety File and O&M Manuals.
• Develop and report on integrated design program.
• Provide technical support to the bid process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in a Mechanical role.
• Fluent in Italian and English (C2 level).
• Chartered engineer status required.
• International working experience is a plus.
• Cost estimating experience.
• Experience with a design consulting firm.
• Relevant experience with Autocad, Revit, and MS Office.
• Ability to apply European and American building codes.
• Knowledge of laws, codes, and regulations.
