AECOM is seeking a Digital Delivery Manager to lead our multi-disciplinary CAD design team, focusing on innovative energy projects.

In Short

• Lead a CAD design team for energy projects.
• Provide design coordination leadership across various markets.
• Supervise and mentor team members in technical development.
• Support business development activities and recruiting efforts.
• Ensure quality, on-time, and on-budget project delivery.
• Participate in client meetings and project presentations.
• Oversee BIM activities and manage standard operating procedures.
• Develop QA processes for project execution workflows.
• Coordinate with multi-discipline teams on project solutions.
• Manage digital project content and documentation.

Requirements

• BA/BS + 10 years of relevant experience or AA/AS + 12 years.
• Minimum of two years of project leadership experience.
• Expert proficiency in Autodesk 2D/3D platform packages.
• Experience with Common Data Environments like ProjectWise.
• Database administration experience is preferred.
• Programming competency (e.g. LISP) is a plus.
• Experience in full EPC, Design/Build projects.
• Field construction and commissioning experience is beneficial.
• Successful experience working in remote teams.
• Familiarity with industry codes and standards.
