Overview

The BIM Manager (Buildings) will be responsible for managing the implementation of BIM and Information Management on civils projects, offering a hybrid work schedule that includes both office and remote work opportunities.

In Short

  • Develop BIM Implementation strategy for complex international projects.
  • Establish and administer the Common Data Environment (CDE).
  • Coordinate BIM execution and project delivery.
  • Create and maintain project industry framework documents.
  • Provide technical support and training to project teams.
  • Oversee the production of smart object content and templates.
  • Establish digital quality assurance control procedures.
  • Collaborate with global project teams and disciplines.

Requirements

  • Comprehensive knowledge of ISO 19650 framework and related BIM standards.
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary civils projects.
  • Proficiency in BIM software like Revit, Civil3D, and OpenBuildings.
  • Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud or Bentley ProjectWise.
  • Advanced user of Autodesk Navisworks and clash detection tools.
  • Strong background in 3D and 2D model deliverables.
  • Fluent in English with strong interpersonal skills.
  • 10+ years of industry experience in BIM and Digital Delivery.
