Overview

The Nursing Curriculum & Instruction Developer will be responsible for maintaining and improving post-licensure curricula, ensuring they meet professional, accreditation, and regulatory standards while collaborating with various stakeholders to create high-quality courses.

Requirements

  • MSN Degree Required, DNP or PhD preferred.
  • 5+ years of curriculum and course development experience.
  • Experience with active learning strategies and innovative teaching technologies.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of educational theories and principles.
  • Excellent computer and presentation skills.
  • Experience with learning management systems.
  • Ability to collaborate and influence effectively.
  • Understanding of the regulatory environment of higher education.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
