Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in creating video ads for Meta & TikTok with proven performance success.
• Expertise in professional editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, as well as graphic design skills beyond Canva.
• Excellent skills in motion editing, animation, and enhancing edits through motion techniques.
• The ability to elevate edits through audio mixing, SFX, mastering, and color grading.
• The talent to transform raw material into engaging, shareable stories that align with our brand and speak the language of social media.
• Exceptional attention to detail – you triple-check everything and deliver error-free work.
• Openness to feedback and a willingness to grow and learn together.
• Excellent communication skills - over-communication is a core value of ours.
• Fluent in German and English.
