In Short

  • Responsible for delivering physical security design across complex enterprise environments.
  • Lead design efforts from concept through construction and commissioning.
  • Manage the full electronic security systems life cycle.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and maintain quality across projects.
  • Conduct site assessments and audits to inform security design decisions.
  • Produce detailed design documentation including CAD/BIM drawings and specifications.
  • Support commissioning activities and produce accurate as-built documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with design intent and standards.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across design processes.
  • Travel up to 25% for site visits and project support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in physical security system design.
  • Strong knowledge of access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection systems.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam.
  • Experience producing full design packages and managing multiple projects.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to pass background vetting requirements.
