Overview

Adhoq is a fast-growing global digital performance marketing company looking for a Junior Data Entry Bookkeeper to support day-to-day bookkeeping and documentation tasks.

In Short

• Support basic bookkeeping and data entry tasks.
• Enter revenue invoices accurately based on confirmed information.
• Communicate with Business Development team members for revenue details.
• Organize and upload financial and supporting documentation.
• Maintain structured folder organization according to guidelines.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data entered.
• Assist with other bookkeeping or administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Interest in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance (entry-level candidates encouraged).
• Familiarity with QuickBooks Online is a strong plus.
• Working knowledge of Excel or similar spreadsheet tools.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Organized, reliable, and able to follow instructions.
• Willingness to learn and improve processes over time.
