In Short

• Support the TMO/PMO team in back-office tasks.
• Conduct project controlling and reporting.
• Analyze and evaluate project data.
• Create and maintain Excel tools to support project management.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of meetings, presentations, and analyses.
• Contribute to the optimization of processes and workflows in project management.
• Work independently on exciting tasks.
• Actively contribute to strengthening team spirit.

Requirements

• Advanced studies in business administration or a comparable field at a German university.
• Ability to work independently and self-organized, especially in a virtual team.
• Good mathematical understanding and analytical skills.
• Basic knowledge in project management is an advantage.
• Enjoyment of project work and a desire for further development.
• Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Good communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form (C1).
• Initial practical experience through other student jobs, internships, etc.
• Interest and availability for a longer collaboration (at least 6 months).
