Overview

The Data Analyst will provide research and analytical support to a team of Quality professionals supporting Adena Health’s Quality, Safety, and Service Programs, with potential for fully remote work after initial orientation.

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
• Minimum two years of experience in data analysis.
• Experience with Power BI and EPIC.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Preferred experience in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and performance improvement.
• Ability to summarize findings effectively.
• Experience with database integration tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Preferred certifications in healthcare quality or Six Sigma.
