Requirements

• 4+ years of recruiting experience, particularly in finance or technology sectors.
• Expertise in full-cycle recruiting across diverse business functions.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.

• Proactive and organized, able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset, using metrics to improve performance.
