Senior Staff Accountant - Remote

Overview

This role involves managing accounting functions in a high-growth environment for a pioneering brand in the menstrual care space.

In Short

• Own day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll support, and GL maintenance.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for financial reporting.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and variance analysis.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales for proper accounting of revenues.
• Work with external tax, audit, and financial consultants.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP standards and internal controls.
• Optimize accounting systems including QuickBooks Online and Bill.com.
• Integrate and reconcile data from retailer portals and DTC platforms.

Requirements

• Strong accounting expertise.
• Background in consumer packaged goods (CPG).
• Experience with QuickBooks Online and Bill.com preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven company.
