E-mail & Ads Designer - Remote

Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for designing visually compelling and high-impact email campaigns that align with our brand identity. You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams, ensuring that all assets are optimized for responsive design across different devices and email clients.

In Short

• Design visually stunning and impactful email campaigns that align with brand guidelines.
• Work closely with the marketing team and Internal Creative teams to understand project requirements and timelines.
• Generate and optimize assets for responsive design across various devices and email clients.
• Utilize Figma (and any other preferred tools) for graphic design tasks and Trello for project management.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, within a fast-paced environment.
• Adhere to production schedules, ensuring all work is completed on time, especially during peak seasons like Black Friday/Cyber Monday.
• Ability to suggest strategic A/B test for designs to understand user engagement and apply insights to future designs.
• Ability to complete 20-30 emails a month.
• Perform relevant tasks as may be assigned.

Requirements

• Experience in email design and graphic design.
• Proficiency in Figma and project management tools like Trello.
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience with A/B testing for design optimization.
