• Manage a defined list of transcription jobs assigned to individual transcribers/writers.
• Assess jobs and assign them in a timely manner to meet client deadlines.
• Liaise with sales teams and assist with recruitment of new writers.
• Maintain communication with writers regarding their availability.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Great communication skills via phone, email, or applications like Microsoft Teams.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in any situation.
