We’re looking for a Director of Product Management who sees the big picture—and knows how to make it real. In this strategic leadership role, you’ll guide the development and delivery of our product portfolio, aligning vision with execution in a way that delights users and drives results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Education, Computer Science, Product Management, or a related field.
• 8–12+ years in product management, including 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven success shipping B2B or B2C products that drive user and business outcomes.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Experience with LMS platforms, e-learning tools, or enterprise software.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and data-driven decision-making.
• Comfortable navigating a high-growth, fast-moving environment.
