Achieve is seeking a proactive Online Reputation & PR Lead to monitor and manage our brand reputation across digital platforms while building trust and credibility through earned media.

In Short

Monitor and respond to feedback on various platforms.
Run regular sentiment analysis reports.
Collaborate with Customer Support to address feedback.
Own crisis communication plans.
Develop PR strategies and secure placements for leaders.
Write and pitch press releases and blog content.
4+ years of experience in PR or brand communications.
Strong writing and communication skills required.
Familiarity with monitoring tools like Google Alerts.
Understanding of regulatory factors in education.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in PR, brand communications, or online reputation management.
Strong writing and communication skills across reactive and proactive messaging.
Familiarity with tools like Google Alerts, Sprinklr, Brandwatch, or Mention.
Experience working with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
Understanding of regulatory, privacy, and brand risk factors in education.
Bonus: Track record of securing earned media in the education or workforce space.
