Overview

Acclaim Technical Services is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Proposal Development & Communications Specialist to craft high-quality responses to U.S. Government RFPs, manage social media profiles, and assist with corporate communications.

In Short

Work with the Proposal Development & Communications Manager on proposal responses.
Lead the development of various proposal volumes.
Create compliance matrices and documentation.
Edit proposals for grammatical accuracy.
Develop Basis of Estimate (BOE) responses.
Support Security, Contracts, and Pricing volumes.
Manage company social media profiles, especially LinkedIn.
Assist with corporate and marketing communications.
Flexibility for remote work, with some travel required.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree preferred.
At least 2 years of related experience.
At least Secret level security clearance.
