Pursuit Coordinator - Infrastructure & Capital Projects - Remote

Overview

This role involves supporting and coordinating the production of marketing materials and proposals for Accenture's Infrastructure & Capital Projects, ensuring adherence to brand and quality standards.

In Short

• Coordinate production of qualifications, brochures, proposals, and presentations.
• Support or lead proposal vetting and kick-off assignments.
• Manage proposal review schedules with technical team leadership.
• Shadow Sr. Pursuit Manager to learn best practices.
• Gather and edit content for proposals and presentations.
• Manage photography and marketing asset libraries.
• Contribute to targeted marketing and public relations campaigns.
• Assist with market research and coordination of events.
• Conduct other assigned duties and tasks.
• Remote work is allowed for the majority of hours.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years industry experience.
• Experience coordinating proposals for State, Local, and Higher Education clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
