Overview

The Assistant Project Manager will work with project managers to ensure project goals are met efficiently and sustainably, utilizing technology and data to improve project execution.

• Work directly with project managers to review and implement project goals.
• Oversee project controls and assist in timely project execution.
• Liaise with project leads to maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Participate in meetings and document discussions and action items.
• Support management of projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Assist in developing project systems and milestone schedules.
• Review contract documents for compliance and accurate execution.
• Administer project construction processes and ensure timely documentation.
• Develop strong client relationships for repeat business opportunities.
• Work on multiple projects and teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or 4 years of capital project experience.
• Minimum 4 years experience with MS Office Suite.
