Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Hybrid - Remote

In Short

• Full time, hybrid position (60% in person and 40% remote work).
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA).
• Design individualized behavior programs.
• Maintain a consistent schedule with clients.
• Provide direct services to clients as needed.
• Support families and clinical team members.
• Ensure program implementation according to company standards.
• Collaborate with BCBA colleagues.
• Report to the Assistant Clinical Director of ABA.

Requirements

• Masters degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, sociology, or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
• Two years minimum experience in providing ABA services.
• Demonstrated experience in team leadership.
• Ability to lift, move, and carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to interact with clients, including bending, twisting, and moving quickly.
• TB, background checks, infant/child CPR and First Aid certification required.
