Systems Engineer - Remote

Overview

A10 Networks seeks a Systems Engineer to partner with our Enterprise Account Executive in a pre-sales and post-sales technical role, showcasing A10 Networks' product solutions and designing and configuring products to meet specific customer needs.

• Partner with Enterprise Account Executive in technical role
• Showcase A10 Networks' product solutions
• Set up demonstrations and explain features to customers
• Drive the pre-sales cycle from pitch to evaluation
• Provide technical pre-sales support for sales teams
• Design complex solutions and assist in quotations
• Develop relationships with sales teams and customers
• Conduct research on competitive solutions
• Educate customers on A10 Networks product solutions
• Travel required, minimum 50% travel

Requirements

• 8+ years industry experience in sales engineering
• 6+ years of Layer 4-7 switching experience
• Strong knowledge of Layer 2-3 switching/routing
• Strong technical presentation and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• BS/BA (EE/CS) or equivalent
• CISSP or other security certifications are a plus
• Experience working in a remote office
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly
