Overview

The Senior Revenue Program Manager is responsible for managing and directing payor revenue improvement projects, ensuring effective implementation and compliance while analyzing financial data and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required; Advanced Degree desirable.
  • 6 - 8 years' related experience; 3+ years in a managerial role preferred.
  • Advanced computer skills in various applications.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive management style with problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage concurrent priorities.
