Senior HR Services Audit & Compliance Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Senior Business Analyst, HR Services Audit & Compliance, will assist in the execution of FME’s compliance program through aligning and rolling-out our HR Services Audit & Compliance program. The role will undertake activities to prevent, detect and respond to emerging risk.

In Short

• Assist in executing FME’s compliance program.
• Partner with global and local teams to define and implement controls.
• Drive third-party management and audits.
• Oversee local country-specific controls.
• Administer periodic audits of Workday, Payroll, and Time & Attendance security roles.
• Collaborate with teams to address audit findings.
• Report corporate HR risk management semi-annually.
• Design pre-audit readiness assessment procedures.
• Create management and communication plans for data security incidents.
• Other tasks as assigned by the manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience preferred.
• 6+ years’ professional experience in HR or Audit/Compliance.
• Experience with internal or external audit and compliance tasks.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of HR and/or Payroll processes.
• Understanding of SOX, GDPR, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience with Microsoft tools and HCM systems, preferably Workday.
• Fluent in English, additional European language preferred.
• Willingness to travel for on-site workshops.
