Overview

As a Country Nursing Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the nursing care across our dialysis clinic network, ensuring high standards of care, leadership, and compliance with all relevant regulations.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent in nursing.
• 5-8 years of experience in nursing, specifically in dialysis.
• Strong leadership, team collaboration, and communication skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and adaptability in dynamic situations.
• Experience in project management and quality management.
• Fluency in Czech and English; additional languages are a plus.
