The Charge Registered Nurse (RN) leads the hemodialysis team in providing chronic care and treatment, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and regulations while supervising patient care staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school (R.N.) with current state licensure.
• Minimum of 9 months nursing experience with 3 months in dialysis.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Completion of hemodialysis training course.
• Ability to comply with OSHA and safety regulations.
• Experience in patient education and care planning.
• Ability to work in a healthcare facility environment.
• Must meet state requirements for nursing practice.
• Willingness to assist with interviewing and training new staff.
