In Short

• Lead and architect complex, enterprise-scale data migrations from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace.
• Act as the lead technical authority on flagship client projects.
• Architect AI solutions and define agentic workflows.
• Develop governance models and security frameworks for platform migrations.
• Function as a key technical strategist during the pre-sales cycle.
• Contribute to technical proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Mentor and escalate technical issues for the digital workplace team.
• Identify and develop new service offerings related to migrations and AI.
• Analyze industry trends to inform strategic direction.
• Travel to client sites as needed, up to 25%.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in architecting enterprise-scale technology solutions.
• Hands-on experience with migrations from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace platforms.
• Experience with Google Apps Script and APIs integration.
• Direct experience with Google AppSheet.
• Proven experience in a client-facing consulting role.
• Ability to travel as needed for workshops and meetings.
• Experience with third-party migration tools.
• Relevant certifications in cloud and workspace administration.
