In Short

• Position reports to the Director of Global Supply Planning.
• Strong planning experience and analytical skills required.
• Key point of contact within Supply Planning for specific challenges.
• Utilize Demand Planning Software and SAP for replenishment plans.
• Manage distribution center replenishment plans and safety stock levels.
• Prepare monthly analysis for integrated Business Planning process.
• Lead projects for continuous improvement in Planning processes.
• Develop and maintain standard reports for material status.
• Support projects and management with ad-hoc tasks.
• 5+ years of supply chain planning experience required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management.
• Experience in manufacturing environment within medical devices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Office, and Power Query.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with SAP, Kinaxis or equivalent ERP systems.
• Healthcare or chemical industry experience preferred.
• Critical thinking and decision-making under ambiguity.
• Excellent presentation skills in a matrix organization.
