• Facilitate effective communication with client project stakeholders regarding project status and recommendations.
• Craft client code that is efficient, performant, testable, scalable, secure, and of the highest quality.
• Participate in accurate planning and estimation efforts using project methods and tools.
• Gather requirements and organize/present developed features for clients.
• Execute complex activities within current methodology and quality standards.
• Promote client success by collaborating with engineers, designers, and managers.
• Engage in agile software development, including daily stand-ups and sprint planning.
• Drive project delivery within defined architecture, demonstrating autonomy and accountability.

Requirements

• Experience working in a team and delivering a product you are proud of.
• At least 3 years of experience in Python.
• 3 years of professional experience building web applications in Agile/Scrum and deploying in the cloud (AWS preferred).
• Ability to engage in technical architecture discussions and help drive technical decisions.
• Knack for writing understandable, testable, and maintainable code.
• Strong communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts.
• Solid computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms.
• Strong understanding of testing and the test pyramid, with a focus on quality delivery.
• Proficiency in the English language.
