Overview

10Beauty is seeking a Brand Ambassador, who is either a licensed nail tech or a nail tech in training, to represent our innovative beauty technology at Ulta Beauty in Braintree, MA.

In Short

• Become a product expert on the 10Beauty machine and its features.
• Provide manicures and touch-ups as needed.
• Engage and educate customers about the 10Beauty brand.
• Conduct live demonstrations of the manicure machine.
• Troubleshoot customer inquiries regarding the machine or app.
• Encourage customers to try the machine and drive sales.
• Maintain a positive and professional brand image.
• Gather customer feedback for product improvement.
• Ensure a clean and inviting work environment.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in retail or customer service roles.
• Nail expertise as a licensed nail tech or in training.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn new products quickly.
• Reliability and professionalism in representing the brand.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends.
