10Beauty is building the definitive Intelligent Beauty company, leveraging robotics and automation to reimagine how people can interact with machines on a service level. Our diverse 45-person and growing team is built around individuals with a consistently demonstrated track record of introducing successful new-to-the-world products (100+ new products launched across the team).

In Short

• This is a 3-4 month contract role.
• Be the face of our brand at in-store machines.
• Educate, assist, and inspire customers.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of the 10Beauty machine.
• Answer customer questions and troubleshoot issues.
• Encourage customers to try the machine.
• Maintain a professional and positive brand image.
• Gather customer feedback for continuous improvement.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the workspace.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in retail or customer service.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn new products quickly.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends.
