Zipdev seeks a results-driven Transaction Coordinator with 3+ years of experience to join our client who is a fully integrated commercial real estate investment firm specializing in the acquisition, (re)development and management of retail shopping centers, industrial warehouses, and various other commercial property types throughout Florida, with a historical investment footprint across the US.

• Coordinate and manage the purchase and disposition process for the company’s transactions.
• Facilitate clear and timely communication among all stakeholders involved in transactions.
• Draft and review agreements related to real estate deals.
• Monitor critical dates and deadlines throughout the transaction process.
• Assist with underwriting processes, including financial analysis and risk assessment.
• Coordinate and oversee due diligence activities.
• Prepare documents and workflows for investors and lenders.
• Prepare investment memos and information packages for stakeholders.
• Provide proactive support to the acquisition team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in real estate transaction coordination.
• Strong communication skills.
