Requirements

3+ years as a UX Designer or similar role.
Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design outcomes.
Proficient in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Experienced in user research and usability testing.
Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred: healthcare IT knowledge and Agile experience.
