Xcimer Energy is seeking a Principal Mechanical Engineer to lead the design and delivery of fusion chamber and blanket components for demonstration and pilot plants. The role involves applying engineering expertise in high-heat-flux, radioactive environments to advance fusion energy technology.

• Experience with experiments to raise TRL of systems.
• Familiarity with fusion or high-performance energy systems.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional teams.
• Creative problem-solver in dynamic environments.
• U.S. citizenship or lawful resident status required.
